重庆汇融拍卖有限公司由重庆商报社、汇融集团发起，成立于二00三年九月，是依照《中华人民共和国拍卖法》经重庆市人民政府主管拍卖业的部门审核批准，重庆市工商行政管理局登记注册的一家综合性拍卖公司。
